Our Story
We're a UK family business - based in The Vale of Glamorgan with satellite premises in Hereford, Cheltenham, Birmingham, Devizes and London - we who buy and sell sustainable Pre-Loved Fur, Vintage Clothes & Designer Fashion including accessories.
Quality, as opposed to quantity, is key. We handpick Designer & Vintage Dresses, Gowns, Coats, Jackets, Handbags & Classic Furs - we delight in Art Deco, 1940s 50s and 60s fashion, bringing the past to present – from Vuitton Chanel, Dior & Hermes to quality unattributable fashion and fur.
Our Furrier service focuses on sustainable preloved select, classic quality furs. Ethically sourced, & repurposed, Mink, Sable and Fox. We prefer the personal touch, and offer private appointments, whether buying, valuing, remodelling or selling.
It is not all about sales at The Vintage HQ, we love a sit down and chat. Our relaxed professional approach rewards us with loyal customers, friends old and new.
New clients often ask us “Are you near me?” or wish “If only you were closer” but soon learn that we have it covered from our South Wales base; we cover Wales, England & Scotland with occasional options for international clients.
We enjoy and make full use of social media platforms, linking in with our friends and customers whether to buy or sell throughout the UK to our wide client base or on business travels and events, Also from contacts who have reached out via the internet, social media and through numerable connections in the fashion industry.
We only advertise a flavour of our stock, preferring offline activities, meeting people whether at home, boutiques, vintage and designer festivals. In 2023, some events we will attend include The IronBridge WWII Weekend, Twinwood Festival, The Goodwood Revival and Clerkenwell Vintage Fair, London.
